Can someone please explain to me what a free inhabitant is?

So it started out with this video.
I've done some research and I found out they've got their own website but I can't fathom how what they're trying to claim makes sense.
Or maybe I'm skewed because I saw this video without any firsthand knowledge?
I've got so, SO many questions.

Do they actually refer to the Articles of Confederation? Do they really think they can have all the legal rights of US citizens without abiding the laws? Are there actual groups of people that act like the person from the video?

I'm genuinely confused and can't wrap my head around any of this.
    Can someone shed some light?

Well Native American reservations, I suppose, could be considered communities of free inhabitants as they have their own set of laws sactioned from the rest of United States citizens.

No, that's bullshit. Just like the commentator said, the article of confederation are ancient history. We don't follow them and don't look to them for precedents anymore and haven't for a veryyyy long time lol. We have this thing called the Constitution now that determines the laws that govern the country. This sounds like some bullshit that one of her friends posted on Facebook and she took it at face value. Pretty sure the article she is referring to simply means that citizens on one state can free move amongst the other states and enjoy the benefits of each state. If it were to be translated to todays language it would mean you can drive from New York to Maryland and use the highways that the state tax dollars paid for and all the other things such as that. You will have to pay their taxes and abide by their laws. You can't drive through Pennsylvania get pulled over for something and say "Oh, that is legal in New York". No, you're not in New York, you are a "free inhabitant" in Pennsylvania so you will abide by our rules. That's how I interpret it at least.

My god. If you're not a citizen, why the hell would you get to enjoy the same rights as citizens? That's the whole point in becoming a citizen, so that you get the things that come along with it. If you're not a citizen, you're either here on a visa of some sort, or you're here illegally. You can't drive without a license, what kind of shit is that?

I couldn't even finish watching the video because the girl talking is so mentally challenged that I didn't want to hear anything else coming out of her mouth.

This is pretty much along the lines of what went through my head.
The Articles of Confederation were rewritten and made into the constitution over 2 centuries ago.

Maybe you're right though and this was just some facebook thing she saw and decided she'd try to hold it over anyone who tried to tell her she was wrong.
But I don't think that's the case if there's a website for this stuff. ;o

I can make a website about how nobody is allowed to drive through my neighborhood without paying me $1000 but that doesn't mean I know what im talking about.
This woman should feel bad for how stupid she makes herself sound. She is wrong, in so many ways. There are always crazy people who will rally behind something they don't like. That's similar to how all these illegal immigrants are protesting and demanding this or that.
