Neopets does not load, unless im using a proxy!

That is something that can happen when you are IP banned. I've had it happen before and it lasted a good couple of months before I could load any neopets.com webpages. Have you done anything sketchy lately?
I was banned after scanning over about 750,000 user lookups and such. Soo idk what you did to have it happen to you lol

That is one hell of a reason to get IP banned.

Have you tried changing your IP? Everytime I get IP banned or feel my IP is flagged I just change it and I'm good to go for anything I need to do on the site.
Doesn't take much work if you'd wanna try that.

Don't most routers come with an option to change ip every time you reconnect? Or is it deeper than that? o:

You can do it manually under the router settings.
I'll PM you a link to a youtube video to help you do it.

I have also tried that, i follow the instructions and it just flipping sets it back to my old ip.

Check if your device isn't set to "static ip" or something, I don't know how your router settings are so I can't tell you exactly where to check it, though.

All there's left is keep playing with proxies and try again with your ip later (like 1/2/3 weeks)
