Tags for Groups

I think it would be good, at least, for the MPIC thread.

We are having issues with tagging, more specifically mass tagging. It's causing the site to slow down so we are trying to find a solution to this issue. Groups allowing user tagging is not going to happen unless the plugin developer adds this feature BTW.

I meant tag groups like you tag usernames, everyone who wants to be notified of the answers to the MPIC joins the MPIC Answers Group and then you just have to @MPIC Answers Group and everyone in that group gets a notification.
But I guess that also should be implemented by the developer.

Ability to tag and mention all usergroups by typing out the usergroup name, permissions control what UGs can be mentioned and tagged

But I guess that means UG as in userbars? It's a pro feature too.

A usergroup is like "clraik", "official clraik", "VIP", a certain "Pokemon Master".
