    Youtube video workout how dos?


    I work out six days a week and always have been thinking of starting a fitness channel.
    I'm also thinking about competing soon in powerlifting so i wanna record and vlog. :]

    Doooooooooooo itttttt! I'd love to see your recommendations for more exercises that don't require a machine. I have free weights, but I never know what moves to do so I just stick to the same ones.

    Starting a fitness vlog would also be super helpful for your goal of ultimately owning or managing a gym one day! You said you were interested in that, right?

    I'm tempted to start something small- and just with any requests from everyone i can do.
    I've always wanted to play with a go pro and show off my chicken gains to you guys.

    And i'm really tempted to compete, so i wanna show my progress to y'all.

    If you do compete and alter your diet at all (since I know competitors have crazy lean diets), you should also share that because I need diet help for really good, healthy meals.

    I should go see a nutritionist.
