I begun working out a little ago and gathered enough strength to do about 40 push ups before I'm exhausted.. when I see people doing +100 pushups it's very amazing or ridiculous.
I was in the library yesterday and saw a book with this title: 7 weeks to 100 push ups, I'm reading it right now, want to achieve 100 before this year end.
Depends if I push myself enough, due to my weight I can do an average of 75, but I think my most was around 92... BTW I am 72 pounds lol, but thanks to karate it is pretty much all muscle.(you need an account to see links)
