Obbbbviously there's a lot of things that get posted on here that revolve around ongoing neopets drama - sketchy PC users, assholes on the BDC/TC, etc.
And obviously, we know that they have access to viewing most of what we talk about when it's posted in Neopets Chat without being a member.
It seems like everyone wants to chat about whatever drama is happening on the PC or what sketchy users are doing, but then we all complain that the PC is reporting UCs, getting buyers frozen (even if they're not being very smart), destroying the market, etc... could it be that our discussing this all in a publicly-accessible way is actually promoting this or paving the way for report-happy neopians?
It holds a lot of weight when an entire cheating forum is pointing out how "not to act" or specific users who aren't being very smart but maaaaay have flown under the radar if we hadn't made a whole board about it... and now they have a place they can reference and be like "yeah, that IS super sketchy, I'll report that, too!!!"
Just throwing out an idea, potentially a hidden sub-forum specifically for user-related neo drama? It's not going to stop people from joining the forum to see it, of course, but might help. Just an idea.

There's already a similar section named "clraik Neo-Chat" and it's for ock+.
I think people just don't take the time to post in this specific section of the site or people who actually talk about it aren't ock yet!
Maybe a similar section to the one @(you need an account to see links) is talking about could be made but only for clraik+ rank (so it would exclude newbies and guests)?

Oh, I didn't realize that was the purpose of that board.
I don't really visit the individual threads of the forum - I just click on "New Posts," so if I don't see it there, I kinda forget it exists.
I just feel like not a lot gets posted or moved there, and you're right, @(you need an account to see links), it seems to be a lot of people bringing it up and joining the discussion who aren't ock+.
clraik is super easy to get though honestly

clraik is for sure, but ock is a little more difficult... so if the board for ock+ only members is the "best" spot for these kinds of conversations, there's still going to be a lot of publicly-accessible threads created by newbies or clraik rank members.Originally Posted by Bettser
