Linking Bank to Paypal

So I just got my card and when I'm linking it in my bank it says

"You cannot a bank at this time."

Anyone who can help me?

I already asked my friend about this and we have exactly the same kind of card and he was able to link his like 2 months or so ago I think.

When this happened to me I tried again in 2 hours and it worked

Give paypal a call. They might want more information/verification or you're limited.

Generally it's either because they think you're not the person who owns the card/bank, it's already been added to another account, or more verification is needed

I tried again today and it got linked.

But I'll check later to see if I can withdraw money coming from my PP using the card.
