What to do about pesky neofriends?

On an account I recently got, it has a ton of neofriends, inclduing a few that when saw the account was online, proceeded to send nm. What is the safest way to avoid them/ move ANYTHING on the account without rising suspicion?
I reserve the right to back out of any of any trade, especially if you give me a reason not to trust you. Plain and simple. My feedback score speaks for itself, I always deliver!

I think that if you delete them, when they check their nf, they will se "Not Accepted" or something like that.
Just ignore them and move thing as usual.

Whenever I got random Neomails from what I assume were old friends, I just ignored them. They were in Spanish anyway.
