Im gonna have my review from work in 45min. They do this every 6months for every employee. There are many managers, but I had the "luck" to have my review done by the general manager, the same guy who hired me, and also the same guy who told me in my last review: "when i hired you, my expectations where here (top of his head) and now after 6months you're not even here (his chest) sooooo im having ansiety attacks, im having diarrhea, im feeling horrible right now. He also said Im not a team -player and I put my needs first. Ive been consciously working hard to prove myself, Ive been helping whenever I can and been really trying to be a better...SERVER. Thats right. all this fuss for a f*in serving job. Can you please wish me good luck? All you guys energy and good wishes will sure give me the strengh i need...and prob make me stop diarrhea-ing...
