I submitted a ticket to appeal a ban that happened when FR was still relatively new.

I followthrough with giving details for the unban, and I receive this reply on 19th October:

7-10 days has long passed. They've ignored my follow-up messages to check on the status and bump my ticket up.

Anyone can help with speeding up/bringing attention to my ticket?
