I can't find the download for the email check program, I forgot the email to my account and wanted to search my username to find it, you see, I need the email so I can reset my password.

They had a thing to submit a ticket to request assistance for such but they just HAD to remove that. -.-
Well, you can try your luck with that. Find the "contact us" button located anywhere on their page and use it. You can try following up via their FaceBook group by posting the support ticket # and saying please.
