Do you regularly "shut down" your computer?

I shutdown my computer after every use mostly for updates, but if you're on an actually desktop computer, then I'd say it's more for saving power and lowering that electricity bill even by just a tiny bit.

I rarely bother shutting my laptop down; it hibernates when I close the lid and that's good enough for me. I'm probably dealing with very sub-optimal speeds thanks to not refreshing the RAM or whatever as a result, though.

I always turn my desktop computer off, but I rarely turn off my laptop, I just kinda.. shut it and forget about it for days ahaha.

I shut it down when I'm going to be gone for a long period of time. Other than that I just keep it on and turn off the screen when I go to sleep.

I keep my desktop on and turn it off whenever I leave for trips/for updates. Although, it's extremely hot over here so I turn it off during the days when I'm not using it.

I normally just turn off my computer when I'm not using it, saves me some electricity.

Now that I got an SSD I reboot a lot more. Probably should automate actually turning it off when done backing up overnight.

i shut down my computer much less often than i should... i'm lazy

I am too impatient to wait for it to boot up every time I want to use it so I just use the sleep option lol
