Bypass proxy on work laptop

Hey guys after a bit of help here for years almost everything on my work laptop has been blocked and i have been getting around it by simply going to IE Settings, Internet options, Connectivity, Lan settings and disabling the proxy.

Recently they have greyed out the internet options part so that nobody can change this.

Any help is appreciated i just want to AB and cant any more.

1. press windows key +r (opens run)
2. type regedit
3.open current user folder then Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Inte rnet Setting\
4.click "ProxyEnable" and change value to 1 (or 0 to disable)
5.click "ProxyServer" and change to http=127.0.0.1:8080 , change ip and 8080 to your servers ip/port
