    thats something else, since i am in school, i am not allowed to have he meds in my room because its a controlled substance so i have to walk a good 10min to the health center to go get them at least once a day and tend to skip it a lot. and it makes a huge difference when i take them.

    The first thing you need to do is figure out how to take your meds daily. It's so, SO important. I'm on medication for my PTSD and anxiety and without my meds I can't function. I then get into a spiral where I don't feel like taking them, which only makes it worse, which just makes me not want to take them even more.

    I reward myself with little things
    IE: i work for an hour then i can have a glass of soda or something
    try making a game of it

    Most of the time the hardest thing with homework or studying is starting, as long as you set some time aside each day and stick to it then your grades will improve. Also the only way to feel like its not a lost cause is to get better grades, kinda cyclical but what can you do.

    Lastly and i hate saying this, maybe you should do a sherri and impose a self ban until your grades pick up. It extreme but might help

    I kinda had the same problem in high school and when I first started uni. Wish I could say that one day I found a magic fix for it, but I didn't. I crashed and burned and pretty much hit the bottom (started as an honor student in HS and ended up failing some stuff in uni)...after that, I kinda freaked out for a while and then got everything back in order. I think I needed to fail hardcore in order to realize that I really really really didn't want to fail.

    I had the same problem in high school and it's been pretty much the same in uni. I get everything done, but I've never given my 100%, I've always pulled everything through. Sucks really, yet again I'm glad.

    You should try and change your daily routine, especially about your meds. Make it a 20 minute run or even longer, you'll feel better afterwards and you'll be improving your stamina and health. Since you spend a lot of time sitting, every kind of exercise is good. I've tried to engage myself with various activities, choir singing and folk dancing for example. You'll have a way to spend your evenings and you'll meet new people as well. Be open to things. Change takes time, but if you're willing to change, it is faster. Find your interests and you'll find others, who like the same things.
