Hrm, i keep stumbling upon this problem when attempting to change emails on accounts. I know it is due to the specific email but is there any way to prevent the email from bouncing?
i have plenty of emails that never receive mails from neopets and would love to know if there is a solution for this.

I believe Ticket is the only way other then closing and re-opening your email (which probably won't work as there is a deletion period for most emails)

Dang, hotmail takes upto 365 days so deleting the email is out of the question.

From what i gathered when i submitted a ticket on a previous email, TnT has no clue on how to fix it.
I got Rico.S who couldn't help me, and i was transfered to someone else who pretty much told me it was a problem on my end and they couldn't do anything about it.

    Useless as always!

but if you are looking to inquire just for the username connected to the account, you can send in a ticket asking and they can usually help if anyone else has the same problems!

    btw thanks for the response.
