    Neopets Premium Problem

    So I had Premium on an account that was frozen a while back and they are still charging me for the service, the problem is I don't remember the account it was on. I have my cc info i used can i just call them with that or?

    This is why I always use paypal, you can just cancel the Billing ID. But I'm sure you can cancel it if you just call and provide the info you have available.

    Or you can call the credit card company and tell them to refuse that particular re-occurring charge.
