    I only eat breakfast if I know that it'll take a LOONG time before lunch's out.

    Or if it's free food. Like, continental breakfasts at hotels on field trips. Never waste an opportunity to eat those.

    I struggle eating breakfast too. But only if there is nothing special at home like my favourite corn flakes (smacks tr�sor <3) or 'ontbijtkoeken' as we say in Belgium. (Basically these are croissants, or chocolate croissants etc,..,) Not very healthy though...

    I can't eat anything when I wake up, it usually takes 30-60 minutes til my appetite appears.

    If I'm hungry like 30mins ish but normally I don't eat brekky for a least 2hrs which I just have a big salad sandwich.

    Previously I would have said no breakfast b/c I was a night owl and worked third shift, meaning I would be awake from like 10pm-9am, and sleep most of the rest of the day. But now I'm working first shift... breakfast is a good thing. It helps me function in the morning, which is needed b/c I can't deal with people on an empty stomach lol.

    I never take my breakfast at home before going in the morning but I do take something when I arrive at work. Coffee is the bare necessity: without it, I cannot function properly after waking up at 8 am. I also generally take a pastry with it so I won't be hungry all morning.

    Breakfast is usually eggs, a banana, or an apple. Plus tea.
    I like skipping but usually feel more tired in the morning.

    Exact same. I am hungrier at 11 if I ate breakfast than if I hadn't.
