I thought more people would look here instead of the help section so I posted here.

I want to get VIP. But..when I go pay, it says I need to link a credit card or bank account or whatever to my paypal. But I dont' want to

When I bought VIP in around December, I didn't need to do this.

Is there anyway I can get VIP without linking a credit card to my account?
