Breath of the Wild! I've been putting off finishing the game just because I don't want it to be over, but eventually I'll have to come to terms with the end.
Doing a second run of Tales of Symphonia and replaying Dark Souls for about the 30th time or so.
Contraption Maker, too, but that feels less like playing and more like spending an hour overthinking a puzzle only to figure out the obvious solution minutes after coming back from a break.

Pokemon heartgold, though I've played it so many times the game sometimes just freezes and I keep losing my progress so it's taking a while to finish it
