Well, you have come to the right place. This guide is created to list down out all known methods to heal your pet's hit points.
The healing springs faerie heals your pet for free
The heal is completely random and can affect either your active pet or all of your pets
The heal can fully restore your pets hit points, restore their hunger level and even cure diseases
You can heal from 3 to 15 hit points
You can over heal your pet's hit points
You can get either a snowball, healing potions or elixirs
Limitations
You can only heal once every 30 minutes
Method 2 - Potions
Explanation:
Buy Healing Potions (from Shop Wizard) and use it on your pet to regain hit points
Limitations
Elixirs can only be used in battle (When you pet reaches 0 hp, you cannot even go into battle)
How many you can afford
Method 3 - Healing Items & Elixirs
Explanation:
Go to the battledome, select Punchbag Bob and start a battle with it. Use your healing item, go back to the Status Page to withdraw. Repeat if HP is not fully healed.

Some heal by percentage of your hp and others by a fixed amount
There are pet species healing items
Limitations
Can only be used in battle (When you pet reaches 0 hp, you cannot even go into battle)

Method 4 - Healing Skills
Explanation:
Attain healing skills from bottled faeries by blessing the pet
My current favourite
Life Drain Lvl 21 Dark Faerie Skill -
Start battle with Punchbag Bob, use skill Life Drain(Drains 100HP), Go to Status Page of Battledome. Repeat till full HP
Limitations
Can only be used in battle (When you pet reaches 0 hp, you cannot even go into battle)
Method 5 - Wheel of Excitement
Explanation:
Go to the Wheel of Excitement, Spin it for 500nps and hope it lands on the healing slot...
Limitations
Random
Once every 2 hours
How many you can afford
Method 6 - Feeding
Explanation:
Feed your pet when their hungry to gain back some hit points
Limitations
Pet Hunger Level
