Try joining a private land place (its at the bottom on your left side bar), you need to get accept by the governments of those lands but it shouldn't be too hard. I saw other people having problems making a way in their countries also. Canada is doing quite well and we have a good government that is helping me out and everything!

How do I move to Canada?

I think you need some money before you can move lands, but you can join private lands for free. Look in the little bar on the side where it says fight home etc. and scroll down to the bottom of it and click private land.
