Ugh i'm so annoyed, no matter what I do I cant get the ghoul catchers game to work. I have an iphone6 with all latest updates.
I downloaded it months ago when it first came out and when I tried to log in (and I KNOW my username and password is correct) it gave me the 'Login Parent failed!!' error. I gave up back then and opened it again today to try again but of course its just the same error all over again. What do I do to get this stupid game to work??? :/ I've tried deleting/reinstalling as well.
Could be :o Maybe its just unlucky I tried to get back on it now of all times? Last time I tried though it was doing this exactly the same way and nothing was wrong with neo.
I've been having that problem since Sunday too. (Of course the first time I try to play in a long time). I think on reddit people were saying it was related to everything being broken? But I have also had issues with the game throughout the time I've had it. Sometimes it will just freeze up completely on trying to start it, or it will cycle endlessly on authenticating username or something. Other times it just... won't do anything?
I don't have an iphone though, I have an galaxy/android thing, but yeah, it seems like the game glitches out a lot, so you're not the only one. :I

@(you need an account to see links) Also you have an iphone 6.. how do you like it? Does the maps work well on it for GPS? And Ghoul Catchers normally works (aside from when neo is down)? I need to buy a new phone. I have a 4year old iphone4, so it's time for an upgrade. I can't add apps to it because it's on the old ios, and I can't upgrade because it doesn't have enough memory. I'm going to verizon to look at phones tomorrow & hoping to get one. I really need a working GPS and want apps to finally work.
@(you need an account to see links) iphone6 is fantastic! Has everything I need in a phone. I haven't used maps very much but whenever I do it works great with no troubles. Ghoul catchers seems to be running fine now too (and its awesome because you can win 50k nps a day) so I would definitely recommend it. Especially if you are using an iphone 4 right now, the iphone 6 would be the best and easiest way to go.
