The only people who will care about a fifth pet are people who love to customize pets and just can't get enough pets to customize.
Those are also the people who already shell out tons of money to TNT for NC.
So they are targeting an audience who is already paying and enticing them to pay even more ;D

That's how I see it.
Because really... who the hell needs another pet lol

I'm definitely in a minority here, haha. I've been a premium member for almost 4 years now, and I have spend what is (to most) an insane amount on NC. My thought is... if it makes me happy and I have the money to spend, why not? It's my money (well, now TNT's money) so I spend it how I want. Heh.

It's not something I would pay for. Definitely won't save their site.

It's just one of those things that I think isn't really necessary. But then that is usually what TNT gives us so I guess it fits in perfectly.

Very true.
It is your money and you do indeed choose how you spend it.
But I would think that instead of making these cosmetic changes to premium, maybe they could focus more on updating and improving other parts of their site.
I'm sure if they updated the battledome and made it more interactive, that would increase activity a LOT

I was hoping this would be more of NC thing being 5 pets benefits people who customize greatly since moving items with boxes that you probably have to pay 2$ from capsules is a pain for them.
