Start autobuying at stamps, you can easily get 300k per day, after that you can go to magic shop.
Don't forget to use proxies and save some neopoints in ETS.

SS a bit with safe tie to make at least 1m to rs. Or try ABing in lower shops to have more pure for the magic shop/merifood. You could also try to find unregistered emails.

you can spend a little time score sending with Majin. Create a few accounts and use proxy everytime you send. Generally that's how people start ABing. One you have maybe a million, which is achievable in less than 2 days, try selling you neopoint on site for a VIP. someone might buy it. Neopoints for at the rate of $2/mil. so score send like crazy!
