I've been trying to expand my eating horizons! Post any healthy recipes that you may like? I'm trying to eat more veggies but I have a very limited exposure to them haha. So I'd like to know what other people may do. Eventually I'd like to go on a health binge of pretty much nothing but fruits and vegetables - it recently did wonders for my friend!

I'm a big griller - so this time of year my favorite recipe has to be grilled portobella mushrooms with a balsamic vinaigrette marinade. I often substitute them in for hamburgers.

My all time favorite veggie is brussel sprouts sauteed with olive oil, garlic and a tiny bit of soy sauce, yum!
