If he got frozen many times, you shouldn't accept his gifts. You could make a newbie account and ask him to send the items there. If you really are legit, TNT shouldn't freeze you, but knowing them, don't take any risks.
A neofriend of mine is quitting, (he recently got married and got a new career so he feels it's time to get off neopets) and wants me to put up junk trades. He is really nice and I like him alot but I don't think he is a legit player. He told me he has been frozen before. Then a few weeks later after that convo, he was frozen again. He came back on a different acct a couple months after that, which happens to be older than the acct that he originally made friends with me on.
I am just wondering if I should accept whatever he gives me? he sent me a gift also. I could really use the income to be honest.
Is there a risk to me? Because I am playing 100% legit and I don't want to lose my accts. I really need them sadly so I can get away from my real life which is really shitty, haha
thanks!!

Well it might seem a tad suspicious if you're getting tons of good stuff for junk trades from the same person, but a couple of gifts and a few trades shouldn't be too bad. I would spread it over a couple accounts though.
depends on the value of the gifts
If he keeps getting frozen he isn't really trustworthy, and TNT would know who he is because they keep freezing him so they might be watching him closely.
Don't stress it. Accept the items, TNT doesn't give a shit about friends giving each other gifts
