I don't aim to make safe lists immediately. An automated creator is helpful to get a basis. I can then compare it against a previously safe list I've already made and see whether there are issues or not. A really dedicated person could make a database of safe times v scores to compare against and an automated list maker could use that. Its actually something I should do with all my free time.
