Annabelle, Drag Me To Hell, Open Water are ones that come to mind and top my list.
Annabelle was boring and unoriginal, but Drag Me To Hell? No way. That movie was HILARIOUS. Was it a terrible movie, if taking it seriously as a horror? Definitely. Was it amazing in terms of pure entertainment? Fuck yes it was. The stapler face, the gummy mouth attack, the corpse spew...so worth watching.
