Hoping for one which is an add on to chrome which has similar features to Joe's autobuyer (refresh once every x mins, with delay of y-z seconds), where I am able to set the variables I want. Thanks!

Try Easy Auto Refresh?
its an add on to google and states
* Auto-refresh and auto-reload pages after any number of seconds.
* Set different delays per page or tab.

I've got Tab Auto Reload on Firefox and Refresh Monkey on Chrome

refresh every is an add on script for firefox i think it is chrome based as well. Worth a shot to take a look. No rep needed, good luck man!
