Joe's only checks on Neopets.

Are you doing yahoo because hotmail doesn't work for you? I've found a few for hotmail but none of them send the email with username and password

Lol I just searched 400 emails and only 4 were associated with neopets account
None were unregistered lol
Doing another 300 email list now
