Is it still possible to use them? Cause my friend said here that neo might have changed some stuffs for unregs.

Anyone who have bought some and used them recently?

When you've received the username in your inbox, you can then ask for the password with that username.
Just go to login, forgot password, enter username X, submit.

You got hotmail usernames to register, that's what unregs are - unregistered emails
You need to make the email, then retrieve the accounts linked to it as well as the password

Yup what Drizzy said. Take those usernames and go to hotmail. Create an email using that username, for example, (you need an account to see links). Then, you go to the neopets website and click on the "Forgot Username" link and it will prompt you to enter that email (neopets123@hotmail). Go back to the hotmal account and you should receive a list from neopets of all usernames that are registered by that email address. Then, go back to neopets with those usernames and click "Forgot Password". Neopets will send you a link to reset the password for that account to the hotmail email address. Click that link, create a new password, and log in. Presto magic, you can dig around and see what you got.

If you're still confused, pm me and I'll try to walk you through it step by step.

Oh, and make sure you actually create the hotmail account and view the inbox before you have neopets send the usernames or they won't work; at least that's happened to me before so yeah.
