You need to replace the entire HTML with the one in the OP. 'Edit HTML' while inspecting element.

But if a pet's owner is 'Waiting...' it can also be just in a transfer, therefore not in the pound.

the one im looking at currently says "Owner: In The Pound(namehere)", after changing everything it gives me. the terribly sorry prompt. that it already has an owner.

That's because that person has put their name as "In the pound" to hinder the searches.

After I published this guide just vanished all arrested pets orphanage, that sad. xD
