That is true. I think I still appreciate the holiday, I just enjoy giving gifts more than getting them. Whereas when I was younger, I just wanted to open presents for days.

I usually buy everything I need to, so thinking of something else I want is almost impossible. I was shopping for my bro online the other day and ended up ordering a tons of stuff for myself too. Impulse control, nope.

I got my dad a massage pillow for his neck and another for his back-memory foam Hope he'll like them. And a steam card for my bro. I would have bought more but got laid off from my job at the beginning of the month. What is it with jobs laying people off before Christmas? ):

I really like your comments that you posted @(you need an account to see links).
I'm about 1/10 of the way through right now haha. Hopefully more people post up comments like that.

That would have been awesome if we had made that Charleston thing work! It probably would have but we were only staying there briefly while we waited to catch a plane the next day. If I had my own car it totally would have worked, but I don't think my dad would have let me take the rental out, he's lame like that. xD

Yeah but unfortunately they laid me off on the Dec 5th after most places hired already for the season. Trying to get unemployment right now but have to wait till Monday. The job market is horrid

For seasonal in retail yes. But hopefully not for other kinds of jobs. And New York but now I'm in Florida. No white Christmas here xD

That's pretty shitty of them, their loss!
I always say job hunting is the worst part too.. I seriously hate it. ugh.

Charleston was so beautiful and ugh. I wish I could live there. Were you there for vacation?
    Maybe next time!
It's usually more fun when everyone spends a little time writing things up. Spurs some convos and all that fun stuff.
I was actually near the outer banks, a little south of there, for vacation. My family lives down there and I haven't seen most of them for like.. idk 10 years probably! So it was awesome to catch up now that me, bro, sis and all the cousins are older. Such a good time!

I didn't really get to see much at all of Charleston. We got off the plane, grabbed some bbq, then headed to the outer banks. Then on the way back, we drove on the outskirts til we got to the hotel. I just passed out slash nursed an extended hangover and was on a plane the next morning xD I would love to get back down there though. It's a little hot for my liking, but a great time. Everyone is so nice too.

Haha thanks and yes. It's horrible. The interviews...and now apparently a lot of places are doing phone interviews first now. They don't want to be bothered doing face to face first until they know you meet the minimum ): @(you need an account to see links)
Jacksonville, but I'd rather be in Orlando where Disney and Universal are. I moved with my dad
