I've decided after a super long hiatus that I need to get creative again. Artistic, I wanna draw. I have noticed that when I play Neopets actively, I draw like no ones business. All the time, can't get enough of it. When I quit Neopets, its like I quit drawing. Like I said, I want to draw, so I'm thinking I have to get back into Neopets...

Question is, how the hell do I do it? I can't access my old account (forgot the password, don't have the email). So I have nothing and I reeeeally don't want to start out with nothing so I'm a little hesitant to even start. I don't have the time or cash when I played previously, so I'm just like a brand new player. I just don't know what I've missed and feel like blinded and I just want to see the liiiiight

Well, they have been more tolerable and more likely to return old frozen accounts, so you never know ^^
I sent a ticket for mine, they replied today asking me to check the username (which was a typo), so I corrected it and waiting for an answer ;P

And correct, Neo is now owned by JumpStart!
About improvement... there was a big dupe scandal not long ago and there have been a few fails on TNT's side (which is basically the same except that snarkie left) but they have done a survey on what the users wanted and few things have improved such as the support (still sucks tho).
