Unable to upload program

I wanted to upload a birthday cracking program for neopets in the public section...

But, I got an error while doing so...
My bday cracker just needs username and password of the account u wish to crack.

Please help me in doing so.

First off, you're using a proxy to access this website. Are you trying to hide your true identity?

Secondly, if you're uploading a password stealer, you're going to be permanently banned.

It's not hard to zip your file and upload to our download section.

2.I always wish to protect my identity...
3.How many times do I tell you, I am not able to upload the file even after its zipped!

Why does UND3AD want you uploading a program here, when he is banned?

This is just a logger, not a birthday cracker. At no point does it crack a birthday. It simply logs it, goes to the user info pages, and records the birthday.
