I need it. But I had to stop going as often as I did because of work. Now I have the time to get back into my gym habits so yay!
Ahah, aw. I don't really beat myself up if I go up a tiny bit. I've lost 170~ within the last two and a half years, so I know I can get it back off easily. Granted I have quite a ways to go still, but all good.
