You probably signed up using the same e-mail so they automatically found you again. When making a new account after being frozen, you should change your IP, make a new e-mail, and clear your browser cookies before signing up.
I made a new account because they iced my other one. so I didn't even associate any cheating, farming or any of that onto my new account. And for no freakin reason they iced it. I hate getting in trouble for unnecessary sh*t.

If you were iced for cheating or something along the lines of hacking (even duping) then they're gonna come at you hard, especially if you're using the same PC (machine ID) and the same IP address, like Joe said. If you're using the same e-mail then you just aren't using common sense.
@(you need an account to see links) there are free prozy supports out there to hide your IP, or look into HMA (hidemyass) they offer a good cheap service of making your PC appear almost anywhere you want it to. My IP can be coming anywhere within the USA (could also set up a timer to constantly change the IP if I wanted)
Unplug your internet modem and wait 10minutes then plug it back in. Check whatismyip.com before and after to make sure it changed.
