Getting 300 straight away, isn't easy at all Accelerator has probably done a good job.
Hard to get them when you can only get 90 clickables +- 50 avatar games

I saw accounts with that has 300+ avatars has a good price for sale here.

I thought that they could get it around one week and then to sell. :p

You're better off buying an aged account & getting it up to 300 avatars rather than a brand new account.
However, it is possible. I have a few month old account with almost 300 avatars ^__^'
It's a lot of work, time, and NP though xD
