    A Man in Uniform

    Ladies,

Am I the only one who has a solid weakness for a man in uniform?
Why must I struggle so? :C

    Anyone else feel this way?

I used to date a guy who was in the Navy, he looks good in uniforms yes. But, there are also restrictions when you are in uniform. People generally look at you like you have some rules to obey and you can't just do whatever you want. Even in trains and buses, they are expected to give up their seats.

Given the recent spike in acts of terrorism (or just violent attacks, potentially due to terrorism) there have been calls and requests for individuals who are "in uniform" to STOP wearing their uniforms in public when they're off duty.

I'm speaking as a Canadian resident though, a few weeks ago we had an attack involving a shooter on Parliament Hill/House of Commons, a Corporal serving as an honour guard or something like that (unarmed) was gunned down by a violent shooter. This has caused the request to stop wearing uniforms while off duty in public, including police officers and even smaller military groups/regiments. I wouldn't say these individuals "in uniform" have restrictions, but they have obligations and expectations.

I wear a suit, I really wish that my "uniform" was provided for me by my employer though! I'm sure am glad there are some individuals of the finer sex that appreciate the suit n tie.. @(you need an account to see links)

My guy had a phase where he wore a suit all the time. Swoon~
He still does wear suits just not that often ahaha.

Also yes policemen are lush as hell but I think the fact that they look fit and healthy doesn't hurt. ...

Yes, I'm all for uniforms, considering my man wears one he'll be wearing it for our wedding

As for the comment about uniform wear, members of the US military are not supposed to wear uniform outside of duties, unless in transit or don't have time to change. This rule has been in place for a long time, so nothing has changed due to recent terrorist attacks.

I know you spoke about Canada, which is why I stated US ^^ You stated that you weren't sure about the US, so I commented on it
