What Would be the practical application of the source code that determines random events?

If I had this code, what would it help? Would it just be interesting to look at, or could it actually be used?

    Moved somewhere more appropriate.

It's useful for learning purposes only.

If it's truly random, it won't be of any use.
If it's pseudo-random, which I doubt, you'd be able to determine approximately how long until you get the same next random event.

    Likely useless. Thanks!

As Joe said, good to learn I guess.

    Thanks for moving it
