I got a pic so screw the hoochie at the counter
Okay, first of all, are the ladies attractive? Partially the reason for a 50%+ Tip?
Second of all, giving is nice but do not give money to a homeless person.
I don't say this to be cruel but 88.8% of the time, they will use that money to purchase cigarettes/alcohol/drugs/ or gamble it away on scratchcards and OTB Horse racing.
They can get food to live on in the shelters and what not. And it's good shit too.
The local WholeFood Market (Known for it's expensive organic products) donates it's freshly boxed and cut fruits/ items that they cannot legally sell but perfectly edible to the shelter. I expect that happens to many shelters with local markets. Bastards actually eats better than I do. (Eating instant ramen ,<- Sodium MSG yummyness)
Lesson of the day, give them food but don't give them money. You are better off donating the money to the outreach programs that helps them get back on their feet with job training and etc. It will be put to better use with the organization.

The way I look at it is:
I had the chance to help someone in SOME way, and I didn't thats on ME.
What they do with the money, is on THEM.
I'm semi-religious so I feel that me not giving is not right with me and God, and what they do with it is between them and God.
Just my two cents. It's not like cigarettes/alcohol is bad anyways. If they'd rather do that than eat, that's okay.

I don't think I've ever paid more than 6 quid(about $9.50) for a haircut
