Happened to me too.
I've seen people put in a ticket under bug reports with the bad password issue and been unfrozen.
I have a ticket now but its still a work in progress

I just always thought whenever you get frozen and submit tickets you act oblivious. right? As far as you know, you did nothing wrong. make them tell you what you did.
