So, I've got some cash from doing odd jobs around my neighborhood. I'd like to buy some things on this site, but I don't have a paypal or a bank account. I don't have a car, so I can't go out and buy a MoneyPak either (live in the suburbs), and I don't want to ask my parents because I don't want them knowing I still play neopets (or that I'm about to spend a bunch of money on it).
You guys have any idea how I can get some digital money?
You don't even need a paypal , just get a prepaid visa and have the person send you a payment request via there paypal. Then just hit the link and press the button "Use a credit card". You can then pay on the card without a account
