My little brother hacked a shiny mew into my Pokemon game as a surprise Birthday present. He was 14 at the time and didn't have any money. But honestly, that illegit shiny mew was the most adorable Birthday present I've ever received.
My first shiny was a shiny Caterpie back on gold version...since then I have a lot of shinies O: Horsea, Vileplume, Ludicolo, Arcanine...a few others too!
I have a few shinies! The first one I ever found was in Soul Silver, it was a random encounter and it was a Vulpix and now I have a badass silver ninetails!!!
The next (and only other one i've found randomly) I found in Pokemon Y and was a random Shiny Murkrow in a horde. I named it Pinkrow.
I also have a few shinies I've gotten from Wonder Trade. I try to get online to TheKingNappy's Wonder Trade Wednesday and trade a bunch. I've gotten a competitive shiny Klefki, Roserade and a Shiny Lugia from it. No idea if they are legit but I dont really care lol
been playing pokemon since g/s/c and never got one until Y my very first one was a shiny eevee i hatched myself after like 20 eggs though, and since then i've gotten a shit ton from friend safari but that was like 2 years ago now haha.
Randomly found a shiny Geodude in Heartgold, and a Spheal in Ruby. Got a shiny Braixen in the Friend Safari, bred a shiny Vulpix this morning, and got a couple shinies through Wonder Trade.
