Do you have any shiny pokemon?

how was the experience? I'm planning to play again, yeah I do see a bunch gathered in malls lol and I have a cousin who still keeps playing, he apparently has a mew and mewtwo and some other legendaries. He takes off days just to go to events lol.

I know a lot of people say they've made new friends while playing. If I'm completely honest, I haven't. Only people that have ever spoken to me out there were some elementary school kids who were asking for a few Pok�mon to spare during a community event and an older lady who didn't quite understand something about the game.

Overall, though, me not being the most social butterfly, I'm actually enjoying the game again. I'm excited to see what I can catch every day and the best part of it is when you get close to evolving a Pok�mon you've grown fond of. I know not a lot people like naming theirs, but I name the ones I like the most.

What are people's opinion with glitching to get shinies ie coin case and wrong pocket tm in gold/silver or cute charm in generation 4?

I don't think I've seen a single "natural" shiny in close to 20 years of playing every single chapter in the series.
Plenty of them from breeding, sure, but that doesn't feel like you really got lucky.

the majority of my shinies are from events, havent had the best luck finding them naturally.. been trying to breed for a shiny alolan vulpix lately but man is it a pain without a shiny charm haha

I've been playing Let's Go, getting shinies there is so easy that I've already ignored 2 Shiny Chansey and 2 Shiny Pidgey because I had the nature sync on and knew they would suck

Oh and then, yesterday in lets go eevee, I was showing my sister my pokemon and a flippin shiny eevee just showed up and walked past me. Randomly. I want to die. :')

My friend gave me the challenge of beating each Master Trainer with a shiny, so that's my current goal. I have about 1/3 of the dex done so far, which isn't too bad. Today I caught Shiny Psyduck and Charmander so far.

How long did it take you to find a shiny charmander? That's my next goal since I love shiny Charizard but since you have to chain to get charmander to even appear it seemed like a pain
