They never got banned for using any programs. A proxy would not have made a difference.
from my past expierence........ they aren't supposed to divulge any of the methods used, and this person almost told her step by step what he did, all he needs to say is the prgos he used to cross check everything..............
just report it and ignore it.

It was not their account... That got banned for receiving items from that person. A proxy would not have made a difference.

key phrase. no one on the neopets staff puts this much effort into anything anymore. this is helpful though for people who want to be extra safe
