(PC) I need help with Minecraft Mods :(

I can't get some mods to work together and it might have something to do with mob or item ids but I'm not sure. This is driving me INSANE, I've been trying to fix it for a few days, but I don't really know too much about what I'm doing. I can't find a modpack that has all of them together and I'm not sure if it's a problem with the forge, their versions or what the deal is... Can somebody tell me how I should fix it or if someone can make a modpack for me? Thanks so much if you do!

Mo creatures, elemental creepers and a few other mods that add mobs, items and an extra page to inventory are the ones I'm using together.

since i don't know the details, it's probably because some of your mods have conflicting edits. you're running this all on forge, right? with the correct modpack for the version you're running?
