Schindler's List was so sad. I'm getting sad thinking about it.
On that note, Life is Beautiful. Very very sad foreign movie about the Holocaust.
If you don't mind subtitles you should watch. It's amazing.

Graveyard of the Fireflies is one that has made everyone I've known to watch it cry, but I haven't actually fully seen this movie so I can't say personally
I really loved Marley and Me, I couldn't bare my own dog dying just would be in tears.
I havent seen any of the movies listed before but Schindlers List and Toy Story 3 are on my list to watch. One of the saddest movies i've ever seen surprisingly is Full Metal Jacket just because of how depressing most of the movie is.

The house of sand and fog was a sad movie, and good.
I didn't actually cry for the movie, but I didn't pay much attention to it, either. It really was a beautiful movie, though.

As far as REAL movies..... The Boy in the Striped Pajamas was pretty sad
