Apple = a normal web user with basic needs that hates problems
Windows PC = an advanced user taking full advantage of their machine.

Macs are simple and easy to use but if someone make a program that is not well known you might not get it it to run on a Mac. I use allot of scechy tools daily to back up certain things and some don't even have a licence to run on a PC. It all depends on the users needs in my opinion.

How do you see it like that? Most people buy Windows because they're "easier to use". That would make them basic users.

I have played around with both os's Mac has a simple to use dock and is known not to get Meany viruses. Windows PC's can be easy to use at first but the basic user can clutter it with things they had no idea would slow down their computer at start up or slow their connection speed.

My sister has had a laptop runing windows for a while and she has 5 search bars on her browser and nag windows for programs she does not want. She also still uses internet explorer D: its OK at first but the basic users don't need all of that. They are better off buying a Mac

I have a PC running perfectly with a very tight line of start up programs. I can ever run ps2, wii and Xbox emulators. I reeealy don't think Macs can run sckechy programs that violate laws like that.

I enjoy PCs much more than apples, then again my only experience with apple is very old computers by them.

95% of all computer problems are user-caused or user-related.

There are emulators for Mac. Also, I can boot Windows and run emulators <3

    Interesting...
I might consider getting a desktop set then... I always thought of apple products as a daycare center were they let you play with a plastic truck but you can't throw it at another kid.

Thanks for the info I guess apple can also do sckechy things
but as a personal opinion I still think the UI is cleaner than windows.

You can take your plastic truck, crack it open, add a Hemi engine, a new tranny, and vroom.

I download lots of free apps, movies, windows apps to run in bootcamp, etc in Mac It can do everything a PC can do...

I've owned both, and I just like PCs better. It's personal opinion, you can do a lot with both. I'm not going to say Mac sucks or anything, because I don't mind it. I use it at school since those are what we have, and that's fine.

I'm a graphic designer and a web designer and I can run all the programs I need to on my PC without it slowing down or having problems. I don't get viruses easily, on either my desktop or laptop. Both are okay, I just prefer PCs.

Viruses are always user-errors. You don't "magically" get viruses. Which is why I love macs, but hate how people bash windows for getting viruses. You downloaded/visited something you weren't supposed to, and got a virus.

PCs and Mac are essentially the SAME thing.
