I didn't make it but I found it on reddit
A lot of people do not approve of how Steve Jobs is regarded as a hero when he did not contribute much to humanity, other than his Apple products.
The same people believe that people such as Bill Gates and Dennis Ritchie should receive more recognition.

anyone who says pcs are easier or more user friendly has no idea what they are talking about. macs are without question the easiest and better option if you arent doing anything too technical. but the thing is the vast majority of stuff is written and designed for pcs since they are so much bigger around the world so thats the only mac downside.

I hate these topics -.- Windows users always complain about the Price of Macs.

To me, they aren't even in the same category of computing.

Windows/Pc are for people who just need a computer for internet browsing, and nothing more. (i know thats not all they're good for). I have had 3 PC laptops, and 2 Macbooks.

The macBooks win my heart every time. They're faster, sexier, and my battery didn't die (all of my PC laptops batteries/chargers broke in some form or fashion).

You pay for what you get. You pay a lot for a Mac, you get a lot.

"I want to play a Windows game....but I don't have a PC. Oh, let me just install Bootcamp and run it! done. Easy."

Anything I can do on a PC, I can do on a beautiful Mac <3

I don't hate Windows.PC, but I don't like when people bash Mac/Apple without ever owning one.

And as for Bill Gates, he's a great guy. Give money if he wants, idc. Steve Jobs was a very smart man who did what it took to get to the top. What he did in his lifetime is his thing.

Owning a PC does not make you poor, because a GOOD PC costs $1000+. As does any Mac computer. Owning either does not make you smarter, either.

Btw, you're all spamming this topic. -.-

I just realized how mixed up and unordered my post is....oh well.

Yeah, what the hell is everyone talking about...clearly you have not used a Mac before....Apple is by far the better choice when deciding on an OS to get and a desktop/portable. Mac's not only look great, but the OS is wonderful, but I guess you all prefer buggy and slow OS's that look unappealing and boring. Lion OS is superior to Windows OS (whatever it is called currently) by a landslide... The gestures and ease of navigation on the portable Macbook's are great and literally make using the computer so much easier.

Actually, it's all based on preference in the end. Nothing is better than the other.

And kidchaor, you're making yourself look like a 12 year old tool when you say those kinds of things...

Could we make a "I don't like" button? -_-' Adding a negative reputation with childish posts seems a bit too much.

I prefer Macs. They are more simple to use and have a best design. Of course, price is higher. For programmers, people in general that are using computer to browse or game a lot, PC would be best I guess. But in my opinion Macs are more safe because of there are less virus and they are more reliable for battery/bugs.

Bill Gates is a big genius like Steve Jobs, no? They were both crack of informatic, programing, blablah... Bill has started something very big, Steve tryed to do something different. No need to hate those creators. It's easy to tell anybody what to do with their money when it's not yours. We always have the choice. We could all live in the streets and give all our goods and money to poor African people.

I prefer a PC just a whole lot more you can do it on it, I can't really play that many games that I love on Mac as opposed to PC.
